61. Mr. Horgan asked the Minister for Education if he will pay an appropriate honours allowance to persons who completed the four-year Bachelor of Education honours course in TCD recently.

Minister for Education (Mr. Wilson): The teachers in question who hold the relevant qualifications are being paid the allowance appropriate to a University Primary Degree (1st or 2nd honours).
