[702] Minister for Agriculture (Mr. MacSharry): Proceedings for the compulsory acquisition of the estate referred to are at an advanced stage. The case cannot be completed, however, pending the outcome of an action by the owner opposing the proceedings, which is at present at hearing in the High Court.
