National Institute for Higher Education, Limerick, Bill, 1980: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to establish an Institute of Higher Education to be known in the Irish language as An Foras Náisiúnta um Ard-Oideachas, Luimneach, and in the English language as the National Institute for Higher Education, Limerick, to define its functions and to provide for other matters connected with the foregoing.
