Written Answers. - Kerry New House Loan.

437. Mr. Kelly asked the Minister for Agriculture when the Land Commission will advance a loan to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry, for which he applied a year ago, in respect of the cost of building a new house on his land, in view of the fact that the house has now been completed for several months.

Minister for Agriculture (Mr. Gibbons): While there is a record of the receipt of this applications, the Land Commission are unable to trace the papers relating to it. However, I have arranged for a Land Commission inspector to call on the person concerned within the next week.
