11. Mr. B. Desmond and Mrs. Desmond asked the Minister for Justice when the examination by the Committee on Court Practice and Procedure on the question of guardianship will be published.

Mr. G. Collins: I received very recently the twentieth interim report of the Committee on Court Practice and Procedure which deals with the civil jurisdiction, including jurisdiction in guardianship matters of the District and Circuit Courts. The report is being printed at present and publication should be possible within the next few weeks.
