112. Mr. Keating asked the Minister for Tourism and Transport if his sanction is needed for a new pension plan in the Dublin Port area applicable to ports employees.

Minister for Tourism and Transport (Mr. Faulkner): I assume the Deputy's question relates to employees of the Dublin Port and Docks Board. Any proposed new pension plan for employees of the Dublin Port and Docks Board requires my prior sanction, as laid down by section 151 of the Harbours Act, 1946.
