Mr. Horgan asked the Minister for the Environment when he will give a decision on a request by Dún Laoghaire Borough Corporation for the enactment of a CPO in relation to the land needed for the second stage of the Loughlinstown, County Dublin dual carriageway; and if he proposes to make the CPO in question.
