358. Mr. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for the Environment whether he has yet given sanction for the sewerage scheme at Union Hall, County Cork; and, if not, when he expects to be in a position to do so.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Barrett): Cork (West) County Council have included an advance section of this scheme in their small water and sewerage scheme programme for 1978 in order to alleviate an immediate nuisance problem. I will shortly be notifying the council of their allocation for small schemes in 1978 and it will then be a matter for the council to decide which schemes they will carry out.
