O'Leary asked the Minister for Local Government the present position regarding changes in speed limits submitted by Kerry County Council some time ago in respect of various towns and villages in the county; and if he will be in a position to sanction these proposals before 31st December, 1976. Minister for Local Government (Mr. Tully) James Tully Minister for Local Government (Mr. Tully): Amended proposals for the review of speed limits in County Kerry were received in my Department on the 1st July, 1976. The local authority was requested to clarify some inconsistencies in descriptions of locations and to correlate certain measurements of distances as between maps and schedules.
