19. Mr. Davern asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce the grounds on which officers of his Department brought five chemists in Clonmel, County Tipperary to court recently for alleged overcharging; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry and Commerce (Mr. Bruton): The five chemists concerned were found to be selling Cow and Gate Babymilk 1 at prices in excess of the maximum price fixed by the Maximum Prices (Household Goods) (No. 5) Order, 1975.
