Fitzpatrick (Dublin Central): asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs the percentage of entries in the telephone directory altered each year. Most other administrations which can maintain [499] this, do maintain it, and I certainly would like to maintain it. To replace it by a system of issuing supplementary books would involve subscribers in the inconvenience of consulting two volumes and would lead to extra directory inquiries and probably not to any significant economies.
