[470] 111. Mr. Crinion asked the Minister for Education the position regarding school management committees for national schools; and if he will make a statement on the matter as some of the committees are not operating.

Minister for Education (Mr. Richard Burke): Boards of management have been established in 3,472 national schools.

If the Deputy will let me have particulars of the schools to which he refers as having boards which are not, in fact, operating, I will look into those cases.
