16. Mr. Lemass asked the Minister for Labour whether any proposals have been formulated in the European Community regarding the regulation of work by under-age, non-union workers such as that undertaken by students on vacation.

Mr. M. O'Leary: No proposals have been submitted by the Commission of the European Communities to the Council of Ministers to regulate the employment of workers in the category specified in the Deputy's question.
