113. Mr. Cunningham asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will ensure that arrears of old age pension are paid to the next of kin of a person (name supplied) in County Donegal.

Minister for Social Welfare (Mr. Corish): There is no record in my Department of an old age pensioner who has the name and address given by the Deputy and who has died [2149] recently. However, I will have the matter further investigated if the old age pension reference number or any other information which would help identify the pensioner in question is supplied by the Deputy.
