Mr. Lemass Mr. Lemass

Mr. T.J. Fitzpatrick (Cavan) Mr. T.J. Fitzpatrick (Cavan)
Mr. T.J. Fitzpatrick (Cavan): I am satisfied that the provisions of the Wildlife Bill generally—and, more particularly, of sections 2, 15 and 23— are such as will cater adequately for the conservation requirements of marine wildlife, including the establishment of suitable nature reserves where necessary.
