17. Mr. Meaney asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if, in view of a recent court decision exonerating a person (name supplied) in County Cork for the keeping of an unlicensed bull, he will now arrange [1530] for payment of the beef cattle incentive scheme grants to him.
