Dáil Éireann - Volume 278 - 18 February, 1975 Ceisteanna-Questions. Oral Answers. - Stable Hands' Wages. Mr. Davern Mr. Davern 10. Mr. Davern asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if, in view of the fact that the wages of stable hands are not considered by the Agricultural Wages Board, he will arrange to have them so considered. Mr. Clinton Mr. Clinton 603 [603] Mr. Clinton: Stable hands whose work relates solely to attending on bloodstock in racing stables or horse breeding studs are not regarded by the Agricultural Wages Board as coming within the scope of the Agricultural Wages Acts. However the board regards as coming under those Acts workers whose time is required to be spent partly on attending to such bloodstock and partly on agriculture. I will arrange to have the Deputy's suggestion examined. Dáil Éireann 278 Ceisteanna-Questions. Oral Answers. Stable Hands' Wages. Questions 19750218
