97. Mr. O'Brien asked the Minister for Local Government the number of occasions on which costs were awarded to or against parties involved in planning appeals in the last 12 months.

Mr. Tully: The answer is none.

98. Mr. O'Brien asked the Minister for Local Government the number of planning appeals which could be classed as vexatious or frivolous lodged with him during the past 12 months.

Mr. Tully: No record has been kept of the number of such appeals during the past 12 months.
