282. Mr. Barrett asked the Minister for Transport and Power the total tonnage of oil products shipped into Dublin from the 1st September, 1972 to the 1st December, 1972, and for the same period in 1973, excluding shipments for use by the ESB and the Gas Company.

Minister for Transport and Power (Mr. P. Barry): I am informed by the Dublin Port and Docks Board that between 1st September and 1st December, 1972, 425,953 tons of oil products were shipped into Dublin. For the same period in 1973 the figure was 469,808 tons. These figures are exclusive of oil shipments for the ESB and Gas Company.
