Question:

That a sum not exceeding £4,370,000 be granted to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1974, for the expenses of Prisons; St. Patrick's; Shangahagh; and the maintenance of prisoners confined in District Mental Hospitals.
