17. Mr. O'Connor asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if it is proposed to establish a milk processing plant in mid-Kerry independent of the Rathmore and North Kerry processing plants.

Mr. Clinton: Now that agreement has been reached for early sale of the Dairy Disposal Company's Kerry properties to a unified Kerry co-operative society, it will be a matter for the society to decide if and when additional milk processing facilities may be necessary to cater for the available milk supplies.
