10. Dr. O'Connell asked the Minister for Health if his Department have any proposals for the provision of a national family planning service; and, if so, if he will make a statement on the matter.

Mr. Corish: The decision whether a national family planning service should be provided is a decision for the Government. The Government is considering the several aspects of this problem.
