167. Mrs. Burke asked the Minister for Local Government if he is prepared to sanction a stage of the Castlerea regional water supply scheme to accommodate Ballintubber, County Roscommon.

Minister for Local Government (Mr. Tully): The latest information available to me indicates that Roscommon County Council did not accord this scheme a high priority when reviewing their priorities in 1971, and on that basis the question of sanctioning does not arise at this juncture.
