25. Mr. Hussey asked the Minister for Local Government if he will introduce amending legislation relating to [775] abatement of rates on agricultural land so that abatement may be allowed in respect of female employees.

Mr. Begley: Existing legislation on the agricultural grant covers the period up to 31st March, 1975. A review will then be made of the conditions under which the various allowances of the grant are payable.
