Mr. Brennan: asked the Minister for Labour (a) if the commercial banks are implementing all the proposals on pay and conditions of employment recently negotiated by the IBOA and (b) the extent to which the terms of this agreement are incompatible with the current national pay agreement. O'Leary): The Banks' Staff Relations Committee have informed me that the proposals in question were implemented at the end of February last. With regard to the second part of the Deputy's question, I would refer him to the Labour Court report which was published on the 21st April.
