Flanagan asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if Ireland obtained documents on the stationery of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation in connection with the recent conference of Foreign Ministers of the EEC; and whether he has participated in discussions with his fellow Foreign Ministers on the basis of material contained in these documents.
