12. Mr. Conlan asked the Minister for Finance when finance will be made available for the building of a new primary school at Newtown, County Meath, which has been sanctioned by the Department of Education.

Mr. Colley: A grant towards the cost of erecting this school has been sanctioned by the Department of Education. It is hoped that plans and specification can be completed in time to allow the invitation of tenders before the end of the current financial year.
