Parliamentary Secretary to the Taoiseach (Mr. Andrews): I wish to inform the House that the following persons have been selected as representatives and substitutes from Ireland to the 24th Ordinary Session of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe which will open in Strasbourg on 15th May, 1972: Deputy Frank Aiken, Senator Kit Ahern, Deputies Richie Ryan and Frank Cluskey: substitutes—Deputies T. F. O'Higgins, Desmond Governey, William Kenneally and Seán Moore.
