9. Mr. Browne asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if any proposals are with his Department for the establishment of a whey powder facotry at Wexford; and, if so, if sanction will be forthcoming for them.

Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries (Mr. J. Gibbons): A proposal for the establishment of a whey powder factory at Wexford was recently submitted to my Department. The firm concerned has been informed that the necessary licence will be granted, subject to compliance with the usual technical conditions.
