21. Mr. Tully asked the Taoiseach if fruit from this country is being exported to Germany; if so, the type of fruit; and if it is fresh or in SO 2.

The Taoiseach: Exports of fruit to Germany, FR, in the year 1971 amounted to 575 cwts., value £4,950. The type of fruit exported was black-currants (frozen). There were no exports of fruit in January or February, 1972, the latest period for which data are available from the external trade statistics.
