Mr. Cosgrave Mr. Cosgrave
127. Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware of the concern of the residents of Ardmeen Park and Meadow Close, Blackrock, County Dublin, lest these two roads be linked, which they consider would involve danger for children and other residents and that they are anxious that the roads should be retained as culs-de-sac; and if he will sympathetically consider the matter.
Mr. Molloy Mr. Molloy
Mr. Molloy: It is understood that the roads in question have not been taken in charge by Dublin County Council as public roads. The decision whether to take the roads in charge and the conditions under which they may be taken in charge are matters for the county council as road authority.
