Mr. Tunney asked the Minister for Local Government if he will ensure that State housing grants will not be paid in respect of houses being provided on an estate in Dublin (name supplied) until defects in the houses have been remedied. Mr. Molloy Mr. Molloy Mr. Molloy: The balance of the grant outstanding in respect of each house in this scheme will not be paid until the houses have been satisfactorily completed. In this connection arrangements have been made for an inspection of the houses by my Department's inspector, together with representatives of the Dublin Corporation and the grant applicants, next week.
