Dáil Éireann - Volume 251 - 16 February, 1971

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Cork Dispensary Doctor.

3. Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Health what arrangements he has [1305] made to provide a dispensary doctor for the Johnstown area of Macroom, County Cork.

Mr. Childers: It is presumed that the question relates to the Coolmountain dispensary district.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a similar question on 10th February, 1971.

Dr. O'Connell: May I ask the Taoiseach if he will consider giving Government time to discuss the situation regarding the proposal to abolish the dispensaries in view of the impasse between the doctors——

An Ceann Comhairle: That is not in order. The Deputy may not raise it on this question.
