Mr. Desmond and Dr. O'Donovan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if, further to his reply to Question No. 33 of 2nd February, 1971, he will outline the factual matters compiled by principal officers pursuant to notice 18/13/35 for the information section of his Department concerning Counties Donegal and Leitrim in connection with the by-election in December, 1970, in that area.
