Mr. Meaney asked the Minister for Health if he will consider making arrangements with the various health authorities for the issue of medical cards to all holders of service medals (1916/21). Mr. Childers Mr. Childers 859 [859] Mr. Childers: The statutory criterion for the issue of a medical card is that the person to whom it is issued must be unable to provide, from his own resources, general practitioner medical services for himself or his dependants.
