Dr. O'Connell and Mr. Kavanagh asked the Minister for Health when the report of the working party on drug abuse will be made available. Mr. Childers Mr. Childers Mr. Childers: I understand that the Working Party on Drug Abuse have completed their deliberations and I expect to receive their report later this month. Dr. O'Connell Dr. O'Connell Dr. O'Connell: How long after he will receive the report will the Minister make it public? Mr. Childers Mr. Childers Mr. Childers: I cannot say that. Up to now we have given full particulars of all recommendations issued by this committee. We in the Department will have to consider the recommendations, which, as the Deputy knows, relate to education on drugs. Dr. O'Connell Dr. O'Connell Dr. O'Connell: They are important recommendations and the public should be told about them as soon as possible.
