Following is a statement of all-in-costs of typical dwellings provided by Dublin Corporation on the basis of accepted tenders or quotations: Average all-in-cost.
N.a.—Figures not available. The average unit building cost of dwellings in the Ballymun scheme, completed in July, 1969, was £3,256 per dwelling. It is not possible at this stage to give the all-in costs or a breakdown of the building costs between flat dwellings and houses.
