72. Mr. Donegan asked the Minister for Finance when repairs will be carcied out to Willistown Weir, Annagassan, County Louth.

Mr. Lemass: As I explained to the Deputy when he led a deputation about this matter some months ago, the repair of this weir is awaiting the outcome of a claim for malicious injuries which has been lodged with the Louth County Council.
