1. Mr. M. O'Leary asked the Taoiseach whether security arrangements were discussed in his recent meeting with Mr. Heath in New York.

The Taoiseach: No.

Mr. M. O'Leary: Were any arrangements made in the conversations and discussions with Mr. Heath to have joint discussions on security arrangements in view of the recent activities of the British authorities on the Irish Sea and on the border areas? Was this activity discussed?

The Taoiseach: No.

Mr. M. O'Leary: There were no plans to discuss it?
