49. Mr. G. Lynch and Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Industry and [1917] Commerce if he will give an assurance that all available facilities will be made available by giving grants and other incentives to the French-Dutch interests who are contemplating setting up a milk products concern in north Kerry.

Mr. Colley: The Deputies may be assured that all possible facilities are given to worthwhile industrial projects. I am not in a position to offer comment on the reference to a particular firm as all projects submitted to the Industrial Development Authority or my Department must be treated in the strictest confidence.

50. Mr. G. Lynch and Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if his Department have had any proposals from a Philippines company in connection with the establishment of a milk products factory in this country; and, if so, if consideration has been given to the north Kerry area which is the second highest milk producing area in the country.
