Mr. Treacy asked the Minister for Local Government the up-to-date position regarding the provision of a piped water supply for the Kilmanahan area, Clonmel; whether he has received proposals from Waterford County Council in the matter; and when work will commence. Mr. Boland Mr. Boland Mr. Boland: I would refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 34 of the 20th March, 1969, when I indicated that the Kilmanahan water supply scheme had been fully approved by me and that it was a matter for the local authority to arrange for the execution of the work.
