Mr. Ryan asked the Minister for Finance the reason for the delay in laying a proper permanent dry surface on the mud patch outside Crumlin Garda station at the junction of St. Mary's Road and St. Agnes Park, Dublin; and when the work will be put in hands. Mr. Haughey Mr. Haughey Mr. Haughey: Tenders have been invited for the surfacing in tarmacadam of the forecourt area at this station and it is hoped to have the work put in hands during the next month. Mr. Ryan asked the Minister for Finance if the contract for the building of the new Garda station in Rathmines, Dublin, includes the provision of such wall, door, indicator or other signs as may be necessary to identify the building or particular rooms in it; and, if not, if he will now place an order for such signs to ensure that they are fitted before the new building is handed over by the contractor and opened to the gardaí and the public.
