[20] 22. Mr. Kyne asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the Lonergan estate at Tinalira, Ballinamult, County Tipperary; and, if so, when.

Mr. Boland (for the Minister for Lands): The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for compulsory acquisition of this 143-acre estate; an objection lodged on behalf of the owner was heard on 19th July, 1967, and adjourned for one year.
