27. Mr. Cunningham asked the [966] Minister for Local Government if he will consider extending the under £20 valuation land derating scheme for farmers to include genuine farmers in urban areas.

Mr. Boland: No change is at present contemplated in the legislation, enacted last June, in relation to the relief of rates on agricultural land.
