That, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Standing Order 83 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, private members' business shall be taken, as from Wednesday next, between [166] 6 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until the Adjournment for the Christmas Recess.
