Mr. Coogan asked the Minister for Defence if he is aware of the need for heating in some of the bedrooms in married quarters at Renmore military barracks, Galway; and if he will ensure that electric plugs are now provided there. Minister for Defence (Mr. Hilliard) Michael Hilliard Minister for Defence (Mr. Hilliard): I am not aware of any special need for heating in some of the bedrooms in the married quarters referred to in the question. A scheme for the provision of a power plug in all of the older soldiers' married quarters throughout the country is at present being implemented.
