Mr. Corish asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he is aware that shamrock posted in Wexford town on 11th and 13th March last for delivery to Liverpool, London and other places in Great Britain, was not in fact delivered for some days after Saint Patrick's Day; and if he will make inquiries in this matter.
