16. Mr. O.J. Flanagan asked the Minister for Lands if the decrease in the Estimate for his Department for 1966-67 will mean that less money will be available for the purchase of land by the Land Commission in the public market; and if he will make a statement on this matter.

Minister for Lands (Mr. Moran): I dealt with this matter fully last month when opening the debate on the Estimate for my Department; columns 1780 to 1782 of the Official Report dated 17th May, 1966 are relevant and I would refer the Deputy to them.
