Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will clarify the final part of a reply of 9th March, 1966, regarding charges for telephone calls made by a Dunboyne subscriber; and if, in particular, he will indicate if the statement made in the final part of the reply referred to the period since 1st April, 1965, only.
