Mr. Sweetman asked the Taoiseach if, in respect of each State-sponsored body, company or other organisation for which he is responsible or in respect of which he has any right to select or appoint a director, he will state (1) the name of any director or equivalent officer selected by him, the respective dates on which each such person was first and last so selected, the annual remuneration now paid to each such person and the total amount of the remuneration paid to each such person since first appointment to date; and (2) the name of the auditor, the first date on which each was appointed, the present annual remuneration and the total remuneration paid to such auditor since original appointment. Radio Éireann is the only State-sponsored body for which I have responsibility, but its members are appointed by the Government.
